According to the letter No. 2060 dated 2 Qos 1399 and the letter No. 1614 dated 6 Qos 1399of the Ministry of Higher Education, the Institute of Higher Education of Afghanistan will be closed from 8 Qos 1399 to 15 Hout of the current year. The remaining students’ exams will be held in the third week of Pisces, and students who have not completed their courses will be absent in absentia.
