A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the University of Afghanistan and the Southern Ethnic Solidarity Council
On 02 May 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the University of Afghanistan and the Southern Ethnic Solidarity Council by Dr. Faramarz Tamanna, Professor and Chancellor and Dr. Moeengul Samkanai, president of the Southern Ethnic Solidarity Council in the confrence hall of Mr. Behrozian.
According to the provisions of this memorandum, the two sides committed to take great steps in expansion of knowledge, to increase the level of awareness of the country’s youth and to help and assist each other in this important and vital mission.
