Nation-State building is an important area of studies in current global politics. The transformation of regimes in different states resulted to the concentration of international literature on how the process go on. Afghanistan after 2001 and Iraq after 2003 are the most recent cases of nation building by the American model. In this book, both the countries are discussed comparatively and focused on the opportunities and challenges. The book is in 8 chapters and each chapters discusses an aspect of Nation Building in Iraq and Afghanistan and then in the last chapter it discusses the outcome and the way forward.
