Master’s Degree Registration Guide
Applicants for the Afghanistan Institute of Higher Education master’s degree programs can apply for enrollment in the master’s program if they meet the requirements (listed below) and after announcing the start of registration for the entrance exam, which usually begins in late winter each year. Masters candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a field related to international relations. Graduates of other fields can be included in this field with the approval of the Master of Education and Doctorate Commission of the Ministry of Higher Education or with the approval of the officials of that Ministry of Jalila, after successfully passing the entrance exam, but prerequisite courses are required for this group of candidates.After successfully passing the entrance exam and an exclusive interview, all candidates can start studying for a Master’s degree in International Relations at the Afghan Institute of Private Higher Education. Explanation about the rules of participation in the entrance exam for the master’s degree course of the Institute of Higher Education of Afghanistan
Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable domestic or foreign higher education institution accepted by the Ministry of Higher Education in the relevant field or close to it. Students independent of other majors can also enroll in a master’s program after passing the entrance exam. This group of students must obtain the approval of the Masters and Doctoral Commission of the Ministry of Higher Education or the order of the official of the Ministry of Education and take the prerequisite courses in the first semester.
1- Having an average score of at least 72% in the bachelor’s degree.
2- Knowing one of the foreign languages, especially English.
3- Young professors with bachelor’s degrees from law and political science faculties across the country.
4. Priority will be given to undergraduate staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The attached documents of the application form for registration and inclusion in the entrance exam of the master program are:
1- Original and photocopy of the bachelor’s degree graduation document.
2- Original and photocopy of bachelor’s degree transcripts.
3- Original and photocopy of citizenship ID.
4- Original and photocopy of English language certification.
Admission requirements:
1- Puri House University form and the form of the National Examinations Office
2- Having a diploma in social sciences
3- Completing at least 65% in the bachelor’s course
4- Copy of diploma and transcript
5-4 pieces of photo (with white background, 4x 3)
6- Copy of ID
Note: If the applicants are not graduates of International Relations, Law (Criminal and Criminology, Judiciary and Prosecution) and Diplomacy, then the applicants are considered contrary to the field and are required to study one semester as a prerequisite.
